JIRA Project Admin permission required in order to perform the below steps
- Access to the project
- Click on "Project Settings"
- Select "Workflow" and click on "Edit"
If you notice the workflow is not editable, please raise a ticket to GoTo for the support team to assist - Click "Add Status" and search for the status you would like to add
- Tick "Allow all statuses to transition to this one" to make this transition button show in every transition If you would like to allow only from 1 status to another, raise a GoTo ticket to reach out to the support team for assistance
- Publish it
- Next, we will proceed to the board and add this new status into column You need to be board admin in order to perform this action
